These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cleanzy.baby and the cleaning services provided by Cleanzy Home Services Inc. ("Cleanzy", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Cleanzy provides residential and commercial cleaning services within the Greater Toronto Area. Service details, inclusions and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe or fall outside our scope.
2. Bookings & quotes
Quotes provided through our website or contact form are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated in advance.
4. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned. Please secure valuables and inform us of any hazards, pets or special instructions prior to the appointment.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaned area, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This re-clean is our sole obligation under the guarantee.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanzy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Cleanzy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
